How does this site work?
In this day of age nothing is impossible so finding a
suitable partner should not be a hassle. Use of the
site is easy and self explanatory, you don't have to
know too much about Internet in order to use this
site. There is help on every corner we won't let you
click on a wrong option. You don't have to be paid
member in order to use this site, you can show interest to a
member even if you are a basic member. Payment is
only required when sending message to another member,
or chatting live with all online users, There is a lot
you can do for free.
Your identity (email, phone, address) will remain
hidden to all members even webmaster.
Is my personal information safe?
We provide complete personal security, no one will
ever touch out your confidentional data. As per our policy we
do not share your personal data with any one even with
our staff.
How Important is to include a picture?
A Picture is as necessary as your partner is. Adding
your picture is one of the most important aspects of
your profile, as per statistics it increases your
chances up to 10 times. Most members won't even search
a profile without a picture. Picture is the first
impression that is given to the viewers and you don't
want to give them a blank first impression.
How many messages I can send or receive?
Premier members can send or receive unlimited numbers
of messages where as basic members can receive and
answer unlimited number of messages, however basic
member cannot send a message to any member, but he/she
can show interest in any profile..
I cannot login to my account it says invalid login?
Make sure your caps lock is not on, if you are logging
in after several months it is possible that your
account has been removed and re-issued to another
member. I that case you may have to re-register
yourself. Another problem just write to us In Help &
Support Section.
I forget my Account ID or Password or both?
You can retrieve your password and even account ID by
clicking on forgot password. It is very important that
you give your e-mail address. If you have your e-mail
address and lost every thing else we still can
retrieve your user ID and password.
I have registered, but my profile is not available online why?
Once you registered your profile is then sent to our
Screening department to make sure that the text you
have written in your profile and the picture (if any)
you have uploaded to the server meets the ethical
standards. Once Screening your profile is immediately
released for general public viewing. Depending on the
flow of the traffic this may take from 1 to 8 hours
only.
What is the Favorites List?
While viewing a profile you can add each of the
profile into your favorites. This option is only
available to premium members. Once you add a member to
your favorites list the other member gets an automated
e-mail saying that some one has added you in his/her
favorite list.
What is the recommended size of pictures to upload?
To keep your profile viewing fast and quick make sure
that you do not upload picture bigger then a post card
size. The size should be less then 300K.
How do I change my Password?
Click on change password in user option section of
your member’s Area. System will ask you for your old
password and then for the new one.
How do I send messages to other members?
Only premier members can send unlimited direct
messages to other members by click on send message
button, once a message is sent the other member gets a
instant notification via e-mail and in his/her
profile. Basic members cannot send any messages
however they can receive and answer unlimited number
of messages and they only can show interest in
members.
If some one shows interest in me do I get notification?
Yes if some one clicks on show interest in your
profile, you get an instant message via your e-mail.
How many pictures I can include in my profile?
Basic members can upload only 3 pictures and can only
view all picture of other members where as premier
members can upload up to 6 pictures and can view all
available pictures of other members and premium member
can set secure picture for only premium members to
show there some personal pictures only whom they want.
How can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration. If you
really want a new username, you will have to register
a new account.
Membership
How long I can keep my free basic membership?
You can keep your basic membership as long as you
want. You just have to login once in 90 days to keep
your membership active. If some one contacts you,
shows interest in you within 90 days period that will
also keep your membership active.
If I am a premium member will you bill my credit
card automatically on expiry of my membership?
No, unlike other sites, we do not forcibly renew your
membership. You will be given a choice whether you
want the membership to be renewed automatically or
otherwise. If you choose not to upgrade your
membership, system will send you an automated message
after the expiry date of your membership, on expiry
your membership status automatically be changed to
expired. Once a premier membership expires you will
lose all the benefits that comes with premier
membership. You will have to re-upgrade membership in
order to get access to certain features.
What happens to my premium membership after it expires?
Once your premier membership expires your membership
status automatically converts to expired and you lose
all the benefits of premium membership, it will be
basic membership, You still keep your identity and
profile.
